Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Shibani, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only in case of wrong item shipped or defective items.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for exchange.

  • If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer direct refunds for products once shipped and delivered.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the case of order cancellations made within the allowed window or if a product is unavailable for exchange.

  • In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

  • If the cancellation is successful, your payment will be refunded within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.
