Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case of wrong item shipped or defective items.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and reason for exchange.

If the requested product for exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 6 months.
Refund Policy

We do not offer direct refunds for products once shipped and delivered.

Refunds are only applicable in the case of order cancellations made within the allowed window or if a product is unavailable for exchange.

In such cases, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

If the cancellation is successful, your payment will be refunded within 2–3 working days to your original payment method.
